Knolltop Farm Wife (Melissa Hart)

Welcome to my blog! I'm a wife, mother of four and a self-employed freelance writer. In addition to writing, I am involved in producing several dairy magazines and am the editor of Dairy Agenda Today where I have a blog there as well! This is a place where I can get what's in my head, down on paper (the internet). I hope you find encouragement and maybe a giggle or two!

No School!

The kids are at home on the Knolltop....the work list has been given out and they are all heading outside for to complete their jobs. It's so nice to have free labor!

It's very foggy here and very warm, in fact I didn't even wear a sock hat to milk this morning...that's how warm it is.

Lots to do today...JW still has a game tonight....and I've got some writing to do before I head for Frankenmuth on Thursday. And meals to fix, laundry to do and buy a few groceries.

Well, I'll never get any of it done sitting here!

Update from PryorVu. Weekend weather was very nice. A little chilly but nice. Ground is still covered with snow. Had a "Neighborhood Super Party" at the PryorVu. Can't believe how many chips, dip, crackers, and chili the gang from nearby could eat. My Pepsi supply was definetly deminished also. You are right about the big game. First one I have ever watched in its entirety. Adds were good. The old boys laughed at some and the young boys laughed at some, never did we often laugh at the same ones. Snowed about an inch on Monday and the sun was bright all afternoon.
Have a good time in Frankenmuth. I still remember when we visited the place.
If the rest of the world was in as good of shape as the Pryvu, we'd be one big happy family. Take Care

Hey PryorVu...glad you had such a great time with our nephews...how fun but expensive to feed that crew! It's funny about Frankenmuth, I've gone there for the past 5 years but the only time I've actually seen the town was when you and I went some 18 years ago. How ironic!
