Knolltop Farm Wife (Melissa Hart)

Welcome to my blog! I'm a wife, mother of four and a self-employed freelance writer. In addition to writing, I am involved in producing several dairy magazines and am the editor of Dairy Agenda Today where I have a blog there as well! This is a place where I can get what's in my head, down on paper (the internet). I hope you find encouragement and maybe a giggle or two!

Honey's Baby was born!

Good Morning from a cool Knolltop!

Honey had her baby! She was bred with sexed semen, so it should be a heifer calf out there in the pasture that the boys are bringing up as I type! Luke gets to name her and as of yet, I haven't heard what he's decided on.

After I get all this writing done, I'll head out and take a look at the new addition to the baby calf clan. They are going to overrun the barn pretty soon!

Jake and Sarah are busying playing with the new kittens they found in the back room. There are three of them and they are just opening their eyes and boy are they cute!

Well, I've got a column to write and I've had my share of interruptions this morning, so I'd better get on it!
